FAQ

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE? All drivers must be 25 years of age or older and show & possess valid proof of liability insurance.

 

CAN I HAVE ADDITIONAL DRIVERS? Two (2) additional drivers are permitted for free at no extra charge.

 

CAN I TRAVEL TO MEXICO? Travel in our passenger vans is allowed south of the border in Mexico, as far as Ensenada. Mexican insurance must be purchased at a cost of $30 (US Dollars) per day in order to drive / travel in Mexico.

 

CAN I PAY BY CHECK? Customers paying by check must pay entire cost of van rental in advance and have the check cleared prior to arrival.

 

DO YOU PROVIDE PICK-UP & DROP-OFF? Yes. We provide FREE drop-off and pick-up at some airports and in certain areas (Restrictions apply, please call for details)

 

CAN I LEAVE THE VAN AT THE AIRPORT ONCE I'M DONE? Yes. You can drop-off / pick-up your passenger van/s at San Diego Airport (SAN), Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) or John Wayne Airport (SNA) in Santa Ana/Orange County.
